Palette Challenge: OPEN!

Let's try doing this, folks!

1) You can suggest any canon character from Homestuck, Game of Thrones or Naruto + any canon character from other shows/comics/mangas;

2) Pick one palette from here  and put in the comment (i.e: Homestuck: Rose #5; Game of Throne: Tyrion #64)

3) The best suggestions will be drawn ;D
